There were a bunch of old tires, rags, furniture, mattresses, boxes, bottles, cans, and whatever else. It was a complete mess. But it had been cleared out before he arrived. Sexton explained that people would bring home their household items, and then take them to the building. After they were done, they would dispose of the empty containers.
