They were not born with the talent that would make them famous. Sometimes, no matter what they do, they just don't fit the bill.

You can tell whether someone is healthy or unhealthy because of the color of their skin. Capillaries are tiny blood vessels visible on the skin's surface. These small vessels carry blood away from the large blood vessels in the skin back to the heart. When blood flow is blocked, the skin turns blue or purple.
People suffering from sickle cell disease have no red blood cells. Patients with sickle cell disease have their blood become sticky and harden, leading to severe illness.
