"I just fell in love with it," he said.
His favorite story is about a driver that pulled into an abandoned gas station just outside Los Angeles. Sexton remembered, "The man was looking for somewhere to put the load." "He drove along the road and saw this structure. He backed up and entered the building. "There was a pair of large, full-sized roll-off boxes. The man took all the stuff out and filled up his truck with more. "Then he looked at the place and decided to unload everything.
