"He drove down the street and saw this building. So he pulled over and went inside. "There was a pair of large, full-sized roll-off boxes. The man removed everything from the truck and started to load it again. "Then, he took everything out and started filling up the truck again. There were a bunch of old tires, rags, furniture, mattresses, boxes, bottles, cans, and whatever else. "It was just a total mess. But it had been cleaned before he arrived. There wasn't any trash."

This begs the question: Why? It is because the location used to belong to a recycling centre. People who found out about this facility would drive to it to recycle their trash. Sexton said that people would bring their household items to the building and then leave empty containers behind.

This could happen hundreds of time per week. This could happen hundreds times per week. Finally, the truck stops running completely due to its excessive junk. The owner eventually abandons the vehicle.
