A top secret document is any information that must be kept private in the interests of national security. In the United States, all official documents classified in one form or another are included.
The FBI found a variety of classified papers in the former president Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, according to documents filed with a court and unsealed today. Documents include "top secrets" (the highest level of classification) and others with the label "TS/SCI," top secret/sensitive information compartmented.
Mark Zaid is an attorney who specializes in national security matters. He told NPR, "Classification levels vary depending on the damage a disclosure could cause." The designations may be marked by code words. Only those with clearance can see the words.
These codes may also be used for marking certain parts of documents as "unclassified" so that users can identify and share those less sensitive portions.

The highest classification for top secret documents is "top secret," however, the document may also be classified using a "codeword" such as "SECRET" (CODE WORD). This means that only someone who has been cleared for that code word can see the information, and they might have to go through a more detailed security review process before being allowed to read it, Zaid said.
These classification levels protect the nation's secrets and those which, if disclosed publicly, would harm U.S. interest, according to officials.
For top-secret information to be accessed, the person must first pass a background screening and criminal investigation. These clearances can also be obtained via the Secret Service, FBI or other government agencies.
The agency issuing the clearance can renew the clearance. A record must be kept of who has accessed which documents, and for what period.
Even in official capacities, top secret documents are not usually published as they may cause "exceptionally severe" damage. If a document is published, then it will be in only the most prestigious publications and may take months for it to appear.

The term top secret is not unique to the United States; it is a general term for the highest classification. In England and Wales for example, top secret information can also be referred to as 'Top Secret Identified'.
Different countries have different classification systems, but US government products and documents typically follow the CIA’s system. This assigns a classification to each document.
According to US law enforcement officials, a high-level document can be classified as top secret if the agency who created it gives it that classification.
Zaid stated that the document must be treated as top-secret for the duration of access. It means that top secret documents cannot be revealed to anyone, no matter what their purpose may be.
FAQ
Did you know that there are approximately 1.6 billion metric tons of trash produced every day in the world?
The United Nations states that an average person produces more than 2.5 pounds of waste per day. That's over 25 billion pounds of garbage each year!
Most of this rubbish ends up in landfills or incinerators. But, what happens when those dumpsters fill up? Where does all that rubbish go?Well, most of it gets shipped out of the country. It is then dumped in other countries, where it pollutes their ecosystems. But now, thanks to the work of one man, we know exactly where all this trash goes. Mike Sexton is his full name. He runs Waste Watchers, a company that monitors the movements of trucks carrying trash all across North America. He then reports back to us on what happens next.
Sexton claims he is very satisfied with his job. "We've got a lot of fun," he told CNN. "You know, we see these big rigs come through town, and we'll follow them. "Sexton started following truck driver almost 20 years back.
"It's all I felt," he stated.
Sexton loved the story about the driver who pulled over at an abandoned gas station close to Los Angeles. Sexton described, "The guy was looking somewhere to put his load." "He drove down the road and saw this building. He backed up and entered the building. "There were 2 large containers that had been rolled off, and they were full of stuff. He took out everything and began to fill up the truck. He then looked around and decided to load everything. There were many old tires, furniture, rags and mattresses. "It was a complete mess. But it had been cleaned before he arrived. There wasn't any trash."
What is the explanation? The answer is that this location was once part of a recycling facility. People who knew about it would drive to this location to recycle their garbage. Sexton said that people would bring their household items to the building and then leave empty containers behind.
Now, because of the way the law works, once a container reaches its destination, it cannot be opened. So no matter how often someone takes something out of it, the thing will never be emptied.Every time the truck comes by, it has to start over again. It could happen hundreds of thousands of times a week. The truck eventually stops running because it has become so jammed with junk. The owner eventually decides to dump the truck.
Trash is not the only problem our planet faces.
The majority of these particles are made of small pieces of plastic. Others end up in rivers, oceans or the stomachss of fish.
Experts warn that the world may soon face a shortage of food if we don't make any changes. Experts warn, "If you keep going like you're going," we could soon face a global food shortage. But most people don't seem to be worried, even though scientists are unanimous in warning us that the world is heading towards disaster.
What is the most mysterious area on earth?
Antarctica is considered the most mysterious area on Earth.
Why do we find this place so intriguing? Because it is unlike any place on Earth.
It is remote and difficult to reach. It is not what you see.
This natural wonder is also home to some of the strangest wildlife species.
Let's now see how this amazing destination came to be so well-known for its mystery.
Antarctica: The South Pole
No one knows exactly why Antarctica was named Antarctica. Others believe it means "land with ice". Some believe it means "land of ice". Others believe it is Greek mythology.
Antarktis, the Greek name for the island on which Zeus' twin brothers were conceived, was used in ancient Greece. One of the twins was said to have been born in winter. Therefore, the name antarctic.
Others think the name came from the Greek words anti, meaning against, and tropos meaning turn. This would signify land turned away the sun.
Whatever the reason, Antarctica has always held a special fascination for people.
It is also the lowest, windiest continent, driest, and highest. There are no trees, plants, or animals here because it is too cold.
Yet, life is abundant in this frozen wilderness.
It houses approximately 90% of all Earth's living organisms. It is home to approximately half of all world's animal and plant species.
What makes Antarctica so special? Here, water freezes in ice rather that vaporizing into the atmosphere.
This causes large masses to form of ice which float high above the ground.
These glaciers are responsible for covering 80% of the continent. These glaciers are getting larger each year.
So far, the Antarctic ice sheet has grown 60 feet since 1960.
The sea level will rise up to 200 feet if melting continues. This could lead to massive flooding across the globe.
This does not mean that everyone is wrong. Global warming may be beneficial for some scientists. They claim that the melting of ice sheets could accelerate as temperatures rise. This would lead to flooding that removes tons of toxic chemicals and soil from our bodies.
Others cautioned that this theory sounds too science fiction.
These are five interesting facts about livers

The average adult liver weighs 1,400g.
-
A baby's liver is about half the size of an adult's at birth. It can grow to four times the size of an infant's liver by the age 3.
-
The liver is located just below the rib cage on the left side of the abdomen.
-
The liver has 16 main lobes, with many smaller lobules within the lobes.

Why do actors get blacklisted in the first place?
As an actor, rejection is much more common than for writers. Actors are likely to be rejected often. It doesn't matter, because you will eventually find someone you love.
Actors are often very talented and can make a living anywhere. Actors aren't always interested in making a living. Actors love acting, and love telling stories. So if you're an actor, chances are you're going to put yourself out there.
It is possible to be told that you are not suitable for the role, or that you are too old or too young. Or you might audition for a movie and lose out to another person. It happens all the time.
You may be criticised once your casting is complete. Many people will tell you you look horrible or that you shouldn't be wearing make-up. If you're lucky, you won't even hear negative comments.
Sometimes, your performance as a fictional character can be ridiculed. Perhaps you're a gay man who everyone believes is straight. You could also play a woman with a tendency to cry a lot, even though she's supposed to be tough.
Maybe you are asked to change your vocal chords. Sometimes they ask you to sound like a guy or a girl. They want you to sound better most of the time.
These criticisms should be ignored. Actors can feel like they have failed when they are told they did something wrong. But they're not guilty of anything.
They just weren't born with the talent that made them famous. Sometimes they don't fit that bill no matter how hard or if they try.
An actor can be blacklisted for many reasons. Some people don't like actors. Others think actors can be lazy. Still, others say that actors are cheaters.
It doesn't matter what reason it may be, you won’t be banned if you keep trying. There are plenty of jobs available and you'll find them.
If you persevere, you will eventually succeed.
