The Government Secrets You Never Knew

horrible facts

Not the secrets you've never seen, but those you have been told are the most important secrets of government. The Pentagon Papers is one example. These secrets are embarrassments for the government. Even the United States solicitor general admitted this in an op-ed in the Washington Post. Binary chemical warheads, and tactical nuclear bombs that can be delivered, are the real secrets.

The secret satellite program of CIA

While the secret satellite program by the CIA remains a top-secret effort, it is possible to view these programs in person. Last night, a one-day exhibit of vintage National Reconnaissance Office Satellites was held at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum Dulles, Va. The exhibit was part 50th anniversary celebrations of the organisation.

FAQ

Is there an Hollywood blacklist?

There is a Hollywood blacklist.

But the list isn't made public. We don't know the names. But, here's why it matters.

The secret is because the directors and actors on blacklist wouldn't have any job opportunities. This would result in studios losing money as the actors and directors would have to go out on their own. This would mean that they would cut back on movie production. That would reduce the opportunities for blacklisted filmmakers. This would make them bankrupt.

Which could ultimately result in more victims.

In short, when someone tries to make an oscar winning movie, they might be asked to sign a contract saying they won't speak publicly against their employers. This applies to any producer or director who wishes to be nominated.

Producers often pressure directors to cut scenes from their films. Or directors threaten to walk out of projects that don’t match their vision.

This is why there is a Hollywood blacklist. You'll likely become unemployed if you say bad things about your employer. This is bad news for anyone.

Problem is, many people have been falsely charged. They've had the toil to clear their name.

This kind of thing must stop before it can happen again. We must ensure that everyone has the right to express themselves freely.

We must get rid of the Hollywood blacklist.

Do you wonder how much trash is produced each day across the globe?

According to the United Nations the average person creates more than 2.5 lbs of waste daily. That adds up over 25 billion kilos of garbage every year.

Many of this trash ends in landfill dumps, or incinerators. But what happens if those dumpsters are full? Most of that trash is shipped out of the country. It is then shipped out and dumped in other countries. This pollutes the ecosystems. But now we know, thanks to one man. Mike Sexton is his full name. He runs Waste Watchers, a company that monitors the movements of trucks carrying trash all across North America. He then reports back to us on what happens next.

Sexton states that he finds his work very fulfilling. CNN's Sexton said, "We have a lot to enjoy." "We'll be following these big rigs through town. "Sexton started following truck driver almost 20 years back.

He stated that he fell in love with the product.

Sexton's favorite story was about a driver who stopped at an abandoned gas station in Los Angeles. "The guy was looking for someplace to put his load," Sexton recalled. "He drove down the road to see this building. He pulled over and went in. "There were two enormous roll-off containers filled with stuff. He took out everything and began to fill up the truck. "Then he took out everything and began to fill up the truck. There were old tires and rags, furniture pieces, mattresses, mattresses and boxes. "It was just an absolute mess. But it had been cleaned out before he came along. There wasn’t trash everywhere."

So why did this happen? This particular spot used to be a recycling center. People would drive there to recycle their trash. "They'd bring their household items and take them to this building," Sexton explained. And after they finished, they would leave the empty containers behind.

This can happen hundreds of times a week. It can happen hundreds of time per week. Eventually, the truck is so full of junk it stops running. And eventually, the owner decides to abandon the vehicle.

Trash isn’t the only problem we face on the planet.

Many of these tiny plastic pieces end up in landfills and incinerators. Some are washed into rivers and oceans. Others end up with fish in their stomachs.

Experts warn that the world may soon face a shortage of food if we don't make any changes. Experts warn that "if we keep going the way we are, we're not going make it," although scientists agree that the world is heading toward disaster. Most people, however, don't seem to be concerned.

What is the most mysterious place on earth?

Antarctica is home to the most mysterious and remote place on Earth.

What is it that makes this place so interesting? Because it's unlike any other place in the world.

It is remote, isolated, and extremely difficult to visit. There is much more to this place than meets the eyes.

This natural wonder is also home to some of the strangest wildlife species.

Let's look at how this extraordinary destination became so mysterious.

Antarctica, The South Pole

Antarctica is named for no one. Some believe it means "land of ice." Others believe it derives from Greek mythology.

Antarktis in ancient Greece was the name given the island where Zeus' twin brother brothers were born. According to some legends, one of these twins was born in winter. Therefore, the name antarctic.

Others believe that the name comes from the Greek words anti meaning against and tropos meaning to turn. This would translate to land that is turned away from the sun.

Whatever the reason Antarctica has held a special fascination for people, it is undeniable.

It is the highest, coldest, windiest, dryest, and most populated continent. It is too cold for trees, plants and animals.

This frozen wasteland is still alive.

It is home to approximately 90 percent of all life on Earth. There are about 50% of the world's animal, plant and plant species.

And what makes Antarctica such a unique environment? Here, water freezes into ice instead of evaporating into the air.

This causes large ice masses to rise above the ground.

These glaciers are responsible for covering 80% of the continent. They're getting bigger every year.

The Antarctic ice sheet has grown 60ft since 1960.

If the melting goes on, the sea level may rise by as much as 200 feet. That could cause massive flooding around the globe.

However, not all scientists believe this to be bad news. Some scientists believe that global warming can be beneficial. They claim that the melting of ice sheets could accelerate as temperatures rise. This would lead to flooding that removes tons of toxic chemicals and soil from our bodies.

Others cautioned that this theory sounds too science fiction.
