FAQ
Ever wonder how much trash gets produced each day around the world?
The United Nations states that an average person produces more than 2.5 pounds of waste per day. That's over 25 billion pounds of garbage each year!
Most of the trash ends up at incinerators and landfills. But, what happens to those dumpsters? Most of that trash is shipped out of the country. The rest is dumped abroad, where it pollutes other ecosystems. Now, we know the exact location of all this garbage. Mike Sexton is his name. He owns a company called Waste Watchers. He spends his time watching trucks hauling trash around North America. Then he reports back to us about what happens next.
Sexton claims he is very satisfied with his job. CNN's Sexton said, "We have a lot to enjoy." "We often see large rigs passing through our town and we will follow them. "Sexton began following truck drivers almost 20 years ago.
He stated, "I just fell in Love with It."
His favorite story involved a driver who pulled off at an abandoned gas station near Los Angeles. "The guy was looking for someplace to put his load," Sexton recalled. "He drove along the road and saw this structure. So he pulled over and went inside. "There were 2 large containers that had been rolled off, and they were full of stuff. The man got everything out of the truck and began filling it up again. "Then, he took everything out and started filling up the truck again. There were many old tires, furniture, rags and mattresses. "It was just an absolute mess. But it had been cleared out before he arrived. There wasn't any trash."
Why did this happen? It is because the location used to belong to a recycling centre. People who found out about this facility would drive to it to recycle their trash. Sexton explained that they would bring household items and take them to the building. Then, after they were done, they would empty the containers.
You might see this happen hundreds of times a day. This could happen hundreds times per week. Finally, the truck stops running completely due to its excessive junk. The owner eventually abandons the vehicle.
Trash isn’t the only problem we face on the planet.
The majority of these particles are made of small pieces of plastic. Others end up in rivers, oceans or the stomachss of fish.
Experts warn us that we may soon face an international food shortage if things don't change. "If we keep going like we're going, we're not going to make it," one expert warned. But even though scientists agree that the world is headed toward disaster, most people don't seem worried.
What is the most fascinating fact about the human body
We have two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, four limbs, a mouth, a nose, and a penis. It's true, we have more 50 parts of our body, but there is one thing missing. A heart.
A heart is a pump that circulates blood throughout the body. The blood flows through the veins and arteries to carry oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
The heart pumps out approximately 5 liters of blood per minute. This is equivalent to a person drinking 2-3 cups coffee daily.
The blood flows throughout the heart 24/7, 365 days a calendar. While you are sleeping, your heart beats about 100 times per second.
You can tell whether someone is healthy or unhealthy because of the color of their skin. You can see tiny blood vessels, called capillaries, when you look closely at the skin. These small vessels carry blood from the large blood vessel in the skin back towards the heart. The skin turns blue or violet when blood flow becomes blocked.
Red blood cells are not available to sickle cell patients. Their blood becomes extremely sticky and hardened, which can lead to very serious illnesses.
A bandage can be used to stop bleeding if you have cut your own skin. For the wound to heal properly, blood must continue to flow. Doctors place a needle in the wound and insert it through the skin. This allows blood to drain from the area.
Doctors may also insert catheters (catheters), in an artery to treat a blood clot. This helps to keep the patient alive until the blood clot disintegrates naturally.
Is there a Hollywood blacklist?
There is an Hollywood blacklist.
But the list isn't made public. As far as we are aware, the names are not even known. This is why it matters.
The reason for the secrecy is that the blacklisted actors and directors wouldn't be able to find jobs. The studios would be out of business as they lose money. That would result in a reduction in spending on movies. Which would mean fewer opportunities for the blacklisted filmmakers. This would make them bankrupt.
This could eventually lead to more victims.
In short, when someone tries to make an oscar winning movie, they might be asked to sign a contract saying they won't speak publicly against their employers. Producers and directors who want to be nominated are subject to the same restrictions.
This is why you'll hear about directors being pressured by producers to take scenes out of their films. Directors threaten to abandon projects that don’t conform to their vision.
This is why Hollywood has created a blacklist. If you make negative comments about your employer, it's likely that you will be unemployed. And that's not good for anyone.
The problem is that many people have been falsely accused. It's been a struggle to get their names cleared.
We need to stop this kind of thing before it starts happening again. Everybody should be able to freely express themselves.
We must get rid of the Hollywood blacklist.
What dark secrets do Hollywood have?
Hollywood is filled secret societies. There are secret societies that are more cult-like than others. They have members who follow specific rules and rituals. While some are clubs for those with similar interests, others are not.
However, there are many other criminal organizations that hold much of the industry's power. These include companies like the MPAA ("Motion Picture Association of America"), which determines film ratings. The RIAA ("Recording Industry Association of America") sets music licensing fees.
Numerous unions or guilds also represent producers, writers, actors, etc. The majority of major television networks and movie studios are owned by large corporations.
It doesn't really matter how secretive an organization may appear, there is always someone who knows exactly what they do. They shouldn't be fearful, however.
Instead, we should embrace them. Because they give us information that allows us to make better decisions.
They also tell us about the movies that are most likely to succeed and which songs are most popular.
In short, they help us decide what we'll buy, watch, read, and listen to.
Because we can trust them, we can ignore their advice when it conflicts with our tastes.
They become more powerful because we choose to ignore them. They are the supreme arbiters of taste.
You are free to ignore their messages if that bothers you.
Let's now look at some lesser-known, but still very real Hollywood secret organizations.
Observe why they are important.
