"He drove down the road to see this building. He backed up and entered the building. "There was a pair of large, full-sized roll-off boxes. He took out everything and began to fill up the truck. He then looked around and decided to load everything. There were tires, rags. furniture, mattresses. boxes, bottles, cans. "It was just total chaos. It had been cleaned up before he arrived. There wasn’t trash everywhere."

What is the explanation? It is because the location used to belong to a recycling centre. People who found out about this facility would drive to it to recycle their trash. Sexton said that people would bring their household items to the building and then leave empty containers behind.
