FAQ

Is there any Hollywood blacklist for actors?

There is a Hollywood blacklist.

But, the list has not been made public. According to our knowledge, the names of these people aren't known. This is why it matters.

The secret reason is that directors and actors who are on the blacklist would not be able to find employment. The studios would be out of business as they lose money. This would mean that they would cut back on movie production. The blacklisted filmmakers would have fewer chances. This could lead to them going bankrupt.

Which could ultimately result in more victims.

When someone tries making an Oscar winning movie they might be asked for a contract. This means that they can't publicly criticize their employer. Producers and directors who want to be nominated are subject to the same restrictions.

You hear stories of directors being pressured to remove scenes from films. Directors threaten to abandon projects that don’t conform to their vision.

This is why Hollywood keeps a blacklist. If you are negative about your employer, you'll most likely go unemployed. This is not good news for anyone.

There are many people who have been falsely accused. They've had the toil to clear their name.

We need to stop this kind of thing before it starts happening again. Everybody should be able to freely express themselves.

Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the Hollywood blacklist.

What dark secrets do Hollywood have?

Hollywood is filled secret societies. Some secret societies are cultlike groups that have strict rules and rituals. Other clubs are for people who share common interests.

However, there are many other criminal organizations that hold much of the industry's power. These include companies like the MPAA ("Motion Picture Association of America"), which determines film ratings. The RIAA ("Recording Industry Association of America") sets music licensing fees.

Many unions and guilds represent actors, directors writers, producers, and others. These large corporations control the majority of major film studios and television networks.

It doesn't really matter how secretive an organization may appear, there is always someone who knows exactly what they do. But that doesn't mean we should fear them.

Instead, we should embrace these facts. Because they offer us information that can help us make better decision.

These people tell us what movies and songs will succeed, and which books will sell best.

In short, they help us decide what we'll buy, watch, read, and listen to.

We can trust their advice and we can ignore it if it contradicts our values.

They become more powerful because we choose to ignore them. They are the ultimate judges of taste.

And if you don't like what they say, you're free to ignore them.

Let's now take a look into some lesser-known but very real Hollywood secret societies.

Observe why they are important.

Do you wonder how much trash is produced each day across the globe?

According to the United Nations there are more than 25 billion tons of garbage produced each year.

The majority of this garbage ends up in incinerators or landfills. But what happens when the dumpsters become full? Where does all that rubbish go?Well, most of it gets shipped out of the country. The rest is dumped abroad, where it pollutes other ecosystems. Now, we know the exact location of all this garbage. Mike Sexton is his name. He runs Waste Watchers, a company that monitors the movements of trucks carrying trash all across North America. He then reports back about what happens next.

Sexton claims he is very satisfied with his job. CNN spoke with Sexton that they have a lot fun. "You know, we see these big rigs come through town, and we'll follow them. "Sexton began to follow truck drivers around 20 years ago.

He said, "I fell in love with it."

He loved the story of the driver who pulled into an abandoned gas station near Los Angeles. "The guy was looking for someplace to put his load," Sexton recalled. "He saw the building as he drove down the road. He backed up and entered the building. "There were 2 large containers that had been rolled off, and they were full of stuff. The guy took everything out and started filling up the truck again. "Then he took out everything and began to fill up the truck. There were many old tires, furniture, rags and mattresses. "It was a complete mess. But it had been cleaned before he arrived. There wasn't any trash anywhere."

Why did this happen? This particular spot used to be a recycling center. People would drive there to recycle their trash. Sexton explained that they would bring household items and take them to the building. Then, after they were done, they would empty the containers.

This could happen hundreds of time per week. It could happen hundreds of thousands of times a week. The truck eventually stops running because it has become so jammed with junk. The owner eventually decides to dump the truck.

Trash isn’t the only problem we face on the planet.

The majority of these particles are made of small pieces of plastic. Others get washed into rivers or oceans. And when they reach the ocean, they often end up in the stomachs of fish.

Experts warn that if there is no change, the world could soon be facing a food shortage. One expert said, "If we keep going as we are going, we're never going to make it," but most people don’t seem concerned.
