The guy took everything out and started filling up the truck again. "The man looked around the area and decided to unload all of it. There were a bunch of old tires, rags, furniture, mattresses, boxes, bottles, cans, and whatever else. "It was a complete mess. But it had been cleaned before he arrived. There was no trash."
This is the reason why it happened. This particular spot used to be a recycling center. People would drive there to recycle their trash. Sexton explained that they would bring household items and take them to the building. Then, after they were done, they would empty the containers.
