He said, "I fell in love with it."
His favorite story is about a driver that pulled into an abandoned gas station just outside Los Angeles. "The guy was looking for someplace to put his load," Sexton recalled. "He drove along the road and saw this structure. He stopped and pulled up, then he went inside. "There were two huge roll-off containers there filled with stuff.
