Time Traveling Talks: A Search for the Original Source

scary things to think about

When we saw a video that purported to show a woman walking around and talking on a cell phone, we immediately suspected that she might have been time traveling. The hoax wasn't around for long, but not the only time people have been fooled by a fake video.

Find out what time travel is all about

A group of people believed a 1937 painting showed a man on a cellphone walking and reacting like he just saw a bad tweet. In a related case, people thought that a video taken in 1938 showed a lady holding something near her ear then dropping it like she'd just ended a call.

Truthfully, this could have been a photo and the woman would be talking on a radio. The video has been circulating for a while, but it's been getting plenty of attention recently, especially after a few skeptics pointed out that the cell phone in the painting is probably a small dark object that the woman happened to hold near her head, not a cellular phone.

Watch the winning time online for free

If you're a fan of HBO, you'll definitely want to check out Winning Time. John C. Reilly is the Lakers' owner Jerry Buss in this upcoming sports dramedy. He is best known for Step Brothers and Chicago. His cast includes A-list stars like Adrian Brody Jason Clarke Sally Field Gabby Hoffman Rob Morgan.

If you're curious to know what's all the buzz about this show, you can watch it on HBO Max for free, or pay a modest fee for HBO On Demand or Amazon Prime Video. Hulu Live TV, Apple TV Roku or other streaming devices are all options.

It's not a documentary but is still worth watching for those who want to have a good time. It is more literate than some documentaries on Discovery or National Geographic and has a touch of whimsy.

What's more, there are a few segments that don't even involve time travel at all. The stories are more about people who want to change the future. For example, a scientist uses tachyons in order to warn of a disaster. Or a US colonel tries to help the Confederacy by supplying submachine guns and is mysteriously transported back into the past to the lives of African Americans.

most secret things in the world

This is a new twist on Rod Serling’s classic “In Search of” series. The series was first starring Rod Serling, and briefly rebooted in Mitch Pieggi’s role before Nimoy was named the permanent host. The original series also inspired a number of spin-offs focusing on everything from extraterrestrials and lost civilizations, to a Bigfoot documentary. The new version of In Search Of, however, doesn't offer the same level of whimsy or book smarts. It takes its lead from Zachary Quinto and is a little more curious and enthusiastic than the original. It doesn't aim too high either, making for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

FAQ

Which is the most mysterious spot on Earth?

Antarctica is the world's most mysterious place on Earth.

We find this place so fascinating. It is unlike any other place on Earth.

It is remote, isolated, and extremely difficult to visit. But there is more to this site than meets the eye.

These wild animals are also found in this natural wonder.

Let's now see how this amazing destination came to be so well-known for its mystery.

Antarctica: The South Pole

It is not known why Antarctica was called Antarctica. Some believe it is "land of the ice". Others think it comes from Greek mythology.

In ancient Greece, Antarktis was the name given to the island where Zeus' twin brothers were born. According to legend, one of the twins was born in winter. This is why the word "antarctic" was chosen.

Others believe the name was derived from the Greek words tropos, which means turn, and anti, meaning against. This would translate to land that is turned away from the sun.

Whatever the reason Antarctica has held a special fascination for people, it is undeniable.

It is the continent with the lowest, windiest and highest temperatures. Because it is too frigid, there are no trees, animals, or plants.

Yet, the frozen desert is alive with life.

It is home to approximately 90 percent of all life on Earth. About 50% of the world's plant and animal species can be found here.

What is the secret to Antarctica's unique environment? Here, water is frozen into ice rather than vaporizing into the air.

This causes large ice masses to rise above the ground.

These floating glaciers cover 80% of the continent. These glaciers are getting larger each year.

So far, the Antarctic ice sheet has grown 60 feet since 1960.

If the melting continues, sea level could rise up to 200ft. That could cause massive flooding around the globe.

This does not mean that everyone is wrong. Global warming may be beneficial for some scientists. They claim that the melting of ice sheets could accelerate as temperatures rise. This would lead to flooding that removes tons of toxic chemicals and soil from our bodies.

However, others caution that this theory sounds a lot like a plot in a science fiction movie.

What dark secrets are there in Hollywood?

Hollywood is full secret societies. There are many secret societies in Hollywood. Some are cult-like, where members adhere to strict rules and rituals. Others are clubs for people who share similar interests.

There are other nefarious entities that have a significant influence on the industry. These include the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America), the organization that sets film ratings and RIAA(Recording Industry Association of America), the company that sets music licensing fees.

Many unions and guilds represent actors, directors writers, producers, and others. The majority of major television networks and movie studios are owned by large corporations.

It doesn't really matter how secretive an organization may appear, there is always someone who knows exactly what they do. They shouldn't be fearful, however.

Instead, embrace them. Because they give us information that allows us to make better decisions.

They tell us what movies will likely succeed, what songs will be popular, and what books will best sell.

They help us make decisions about what we will buy, watch, listen to, or read.

We can trust them and can disregard their advice if it is not in line with our preferences.

They are more powerful than ever because we chose to ignore them. They are the ultimate arbiters and judges of taste.

They can be ignored if you don’t like what they have to say.

Let's take a closer look at some of the less-known, yet still very real Hollywood secret clubs.

You can see why they are so vital.

Five interesting facts about your liver.

The liver is responsible of breaking down toxins and storing nutrients. It helps to regulate blood pressure and keep our bodies temperature stable.

Is it not often that we hear people say "I feel sluggish today" and "my head feels heavier?" These symptoms could indicate problems with your liver.

Some common signs include dark urine, yellowing skin, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, jaundice (yellow coloration), and itching. These are not all the warning signs. If you experience any of them, make an appointment with your doctor immediately.

The liver is an important organ. It is essential for detoxification and metabolism as well as reproduction.

  1. An adult liver weighs around 1,400 grams.
  2. The liver of a baby is roughly half the size that of an adult at birth. It is four times larger by the time an infant turns three.
  3. The liver is located on the left side, just below your rib cage.
  4. There are 16 major lobes of the liver. But there are also many smaller ones.
  5. Red blood cells make up approximately 10 million of the liver's total.

What is the most surprising fact about your body?

We have two eyes and two ears, two nostrils each, four limbs, four limbs and a penis. Yes, more than 50 parts to our bodies. But one thing is missing. The heart.

The heart is a pump which circulates blood throughout the body. The blood moves through the veins. It transports oxygen and nutrients to your cells. It also removes carbon dioxide.

The heart pumps out about 5 liters per minute. This is equivalent in daily coffee consumption to an adult who consumes approximately 2 to 3 cups.

The heart pumps blood 24 hours a days, 365 days per year. Your heart beats nearly 100 times a minute while sleeping.

Skin color can be used to determine if someone has a medical condition. If you examine the skin closely, you will see tiny blood vessels called capillaries. These tiny vessels transport blood from the larger blood vessels to the heart. The skin becomes blue-colored or purple when blood flow is restricted.

People suffering from sickle cell disease have no red blood cells. They become very sick when their blood becomes hardened and sticky.

If you cut yourself, a bandage is applied to stop the bleeding. For wounds to heal properly, blood must flow. Doctors place a needle in the wound and insert it through the skin. This allows blood drainage from the injury area.

The doctor may also insert catheters (catheters), into the artery at the site of the blood clot. This keeps patients alive until the clot has broken up naturally.

American history: Secret societies and clubs

For many reasons, secret societies and clubs of American History are fascinating. Their mystery is just one reason. A second reason is their impact on society.

Secret societies and clubs have been used throughout America’s history to spread ideas that would otherwise be taboo. These ideas include antisemitism or racism. These groups helped spread political ideologies like communism or socialism.

The Ku Klux Klan is the most prominent American organization. This group was founded in 1865 following the Civil War. Its purpose was protect white men against African Americans.

Other organizations established during this period were the Knights Templars and Freemasons. These groups had the same goals and beliefs.

Another interesting thing about secret societies is the fact that membership was often restricted to males. These groups also had women members. These women were Emma Goldman and Margaret Sanger as well as Susan B Anthony.

The ideals shared by the secret societies mentioned earlier were not shared by all. For example, the Order of Skull & Bones was founded in 1832. Their goal, however, was to create an elite section within the United States.
