What is the most secretive town in the world?

The answer may shock you. It could even make you uncomfortable, because it challenges how reality is perceived and lived. But there is a reason why this place exists. And it is not what you would expect.

The ancient Greeks called it the City of God. It was also known as the City of Destruction according to the Bible.

In India, it's called Kashi (Kashmir). In Russia, it's called Novgorod.

It is known as The Town That Disappeared in America.

One small New York State town with just 1,200 people vanished. It was abandoned without any remains, including no bodies, cars, or houses. The only thing that survived was a road sign, which pointed to its former location.

The little village vanished, with no trace of its existence. Some claim the earth swallowed it. Others claim that a meteorite hit destroyed it. Some believe that it was taken by aliens.

The people of this once-thriving community, however, are positive that the town won't disappear forever. They had just moved to another town.

Even a website exists to help track down the disappearances of the lost city Zugspitz.

So, where exactly did this town go? It's in Switzerland.

You can find Zugspitze at the border of Austria and Germany. The lake Lake Zugspitze is just beyond the mountain's summit.

It's always fascinated me how so many towns disappear, yet others remain. Why is it that some disappear while others live on? I set out to find out.

I was curious about the disappearing towns. Is it possible for a place to vanish? How can one place become extinct?

It turned out that there are many theories about disappearing towns. One theory says that a town disappears when all the buildings are demolished. Another theory says that the town just moves. Another theory suggests that the town has never existed.

No matter what theories you may have, there is no doubt that many towns across the globe were swallowed by the ground. This video examines the history and current status of these places.

Is there a Hollywood blacklist?

There is a Hollywood blacklist.

The list isn’t available for public viewing. We don't know the names. But here's why it matters.

The secret is because the directors and actors on blacklist wouldn't have any job opportunities. So they'd go out of business, which means that the studios would lose money. They would also cut back on their spending on movies. Which would mean fewer opportunities for the blacklisted filmmakers. This would make them bankrupt.

This could eventually lead to more victims.

In other words, if someone is trying to make an Oscar winning movie, they might have to sign a contract that says they won't speak openly against their employers. Any director or producer who would like to be nominated for an award is subject to the same rules.

This is why you'll hear about directors being pressured by producers to take scenes out of their films. Or how directors threaten to walk away from projects that don't fit their vision.

This is why Hollywood has a blacklist. If you make negative comments about your employer, it's likely that you will be unemployed. This is not good news for anyone.

Problem is, many people have been falsely charged. These people have had to fight to clear their names.

This must be stopped before it happens again. Everybody should be able to freely express themselves.

We must get rid of the Hollywood blacklist.

Do you wonder how much trash is produced each day across the globe?

The United Nations estimates that the average person generates more than 2.5 pounds of waste each day. This adds up to over 25 million pounds of garbage annually!

Most of the trash ends up at incinerators and landfills. But, what happens to those dumpsters? Where does all that rubbish go?Well, most of it gets shipped out of the country. It then gets dumped in foreign countries, polluting their ecosystems. However, now we know where all that trash goes. Mike Sexton is his nickname. He runs a company called Waste Watchers. He spends his days watching the movements of trucks transporting trash across North America. He then reports back to us on what happens next.

Sexton said he enjoys his job. "We've got a lot of fun," he told CNN. "We often see large rigs passing through our town and we will follow them. "Sexton began to follow truck drivers around 20 years ago.

He stated, "I just fell in Love with It."

His favorite story is about a driver that pulled into an abandoned gas station just outside Los Angeles. Sexton remembered, "The man was looking for somewhere to put the load." "He drove down the street and saw this building. He stopped and pulled up, then he went inside. "There were 2 large containers that had been rolled off, and they were full of stuff. The guy took everything out and started filling up the truck again. "Then, he took everything out and started filling up the truck again. There were a bunch of old tires, rags, furniture, mattresses, boxes, bottles, cans, and whatever else. It was a complete mess. But it had been cleared out before he arrived. There was not a single piece of trash.

This is the reason why it happened. This particular spot used to be a recycling center. People would drive there to recycle their trash. Sexton said that people would bring their household items to the building and then leave empty containers behind.

It can happen hundreds of thousands of times per week. It can happen hundreds of time per week. Eventually, the truck is so full of junk it stops running. The owner finally decides to stop using the truck.

Trash isn’t the only problem we face on the planet.

Most of these particles are made up of tiny pieces of plastic. Some of these plastics end up in landfills or incinerators. Some end up in rivers and oceans, while others end up in fish's stomachs.

Experts say if nothing changes, we could soon face a global food shortage. Experts warn, "If you keep going like you're going," we could soon face a global food shortage. But most people don't seem to be worried, even though scientists are unanimous in warning us that the world is heading towards disaster.
